How Free_Former accounts keep their settings
If you were on a paid plan and moved back to the free plan, your account becomes a Free_Former account. The important thing to know: your saved work is not thrown away.
Step by step
- Your tracked websites stay on file, even the ones above the free limit.
- Your saved keywords stay saved, they are simply paused if they exceed the free allowance.
- Your history and past reports remain visible so you never lose your record.
Good to know: While on the free plan, sites and keywords above the free limit are kept but not refreshed. The moment you upgrade again, everything switches back on exactly as you left it.
This means you can drop to free during a quiet period and pick up later without redoing your setup.
